Unley Swimming Centre

Weathersafe recently completed the design and construction of a cantilevered shade structure over the diving platform at the Unley Swimming Centre.

Each year the centre works on improvements to its facilities, with shade and comfort for their visitors high on their priorities. We’re proud of our collaboration with this busy Unley venue which forms an integral part of the community wellbeing.

How can pools help reduce the risk of excess sun exposure?

Management can work on a shade improvement plan, endeavouring to maximise the number of shaded and covered areas for their users. This has always been a priority for the Unley Swimming Centre, as the addition of the 19m x 4m sun shelter attests.

If you’d like to visit the outdoor pool, make sure you are aware of the new opening hours.
